Clinical Research Monitoring

EPIMAT Consulting is excited to bring clinical research monitoring services in Tanzania. Our experience in conducting clinical trials and complementing with relevant trainings in clinical research operations are critical building blocks of the quality services we will offer in this field.

Our services will include, but not limited to:

• Site management on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry and clinical research organization
• Risk Based Monitoring
• Ethical and Regulatory applications for clinical trials on behalf of sponsor, CRO
• Project set-up which may include site assessments and organizing investigator meetings
• Clinical data management
• Support sites to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Writing clinical study report.

We welcome partnerships with Site Management Organization, Clinical Research Organization and pharmaceutical industries in evaluating new vaccines and drugs for different health conditions. We have developed a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sites to manage clinical trials and SOP for the CRO in managing its processes in a clinical trial.
