Assessment of the operationalization of TB/HIV single concept note

It was an exciting opportunity to work with Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (https://www.theglobalfund.org/en/) to review and document best practices in developing and implementing the single TB/HIV concept notes for the new funding model of the Global Fund. Dr. Francis had an amazing experience of talking to 18 TB program managers in Africa and Asia on their experience of implementing TB/HIV grant in their home country. A follow-up meeting in Kigali, Rwanda in July brought 14 TB program to share and validate our findings, and proposed recommendations for the next funding request of the Global Fund. Thanking Global Fund for an opportunity to support improving the processes of the TB/HIV single concept note for the 2020 funding cycle.
