We believe in building capacities to people to ensure growth, encourage innovations and add value to their work or studies. The years spent in clinical, research and consulting for several organizations have enabled us to build practical and tailored training solutions to individuals and organizations. We take two approaches in offering training to our prospective clients:
- Blended learning: we combine online (remote) and face-to-face learning methods. This approach suits the coordinators and project officers who have little time for face-to-face.
- Face-to-face: these trainings are solely face-to-face and are geared to built critical skills which may otherwise difficult in an online platform.
All our training unless specified, are sliced into short sessions to ensure grasp of critical skills and build up to a certain goal. We have termed our trainings as “milestones driven”, whereby the learning process is monitored by ensuring clients achieve a certain milestone before moving to the next step. We also mentoring seriously, as we have developed a strong mentoring program to see you through to an end product such as publication in a peer reviewed journal.
