Dr. Francis was privileged to join other 25 consultants from AFRO region in Kigali, Rwanda from 08 to 12 October 2018 to attend the World Health Organization training on TB surveillance. The workshop was organized by the Global TB Programme, World Health Organization (Geneva, Switzerland) and WHO AFRO region.
